One of the reasons that I started this blog was to advocate for a healthy lifestyle, specifically for empowering women in the world of amateur (and I stress that word greatly) sports. However, living a healthy lifestyle goes beyond muscles and heart pumping cardio workouts and unfortunately, it took me most of my 20′s to learn this.
